Update:The world's fattest man, Manuel Uribe got married to his girlfriend who has been with him for the past two and a half years, Claudia Solis. The occasion took place on Sunday night in a blowout ceremonial occasion in Monterrey, Mexico.

He weighs about 1215 pounds and last know wanted to go to italy for an operation. Nobody knows if he ever went through with the decision or not.
